When we picked up the van, the tire had a flat. They inflated the tire, conducted an obvious poor inspection and claimed there was nothing wrong with the tire. When we took the van away, after about an hour, the tire was going flat again. We had to take it to a local tire shop, which made the repair after a correct inspection. It cost us an additional $16.00 to make the repair to the tire and lost an additional hour of time waiting for the repair to be made. Therefore, we were not satisfied with the overall experience.
