They should have explained to me the first time if there was anything that they would not repair and that would have given me an opportunity to explain to them why that should also be repaired. Instead, they assumed that the scratch on the left-front side was not related to the accident and did not fix it. Now I have to make another trip t get it fixed! This is a waste of my time.
