Informed them to repair a small dent on the drivers side passengers door that was repaired fine but a scratch just under the door was not taken care of. Someone should have called to see if I wanted that taken care of also. I thought since the dent and the scratch were from the same accident it should have been taken care of. This was not related to the gaico claim that was taken care of just fine this was an out of pocket repair

I was happy with the way my car looked when I picked it up. The employees were very nice and helpful. The small problem that still exists is noted on the account and they were very nice about handling it. I would definitely go back to them in the future.
