I was disappointed to discover that some of the dents were not properly repaired, but simply covered with vinyl. Additionally, the insulation was poorly reinstalled, and it is now visible through the window. I was planning to stop by to discuss whether these issues can be properly addressed, along with the camera and antenna repairs.

Joseph (point person/ ?manager) excellent rapport. Got things done when he said they would be done. Smoothly handled communication with insurance company. Repairs look great. Totally detailed car (including interior). Looked/ smelled like new car (Tesla Y 2023). Only downside is getting into and out of premises (not their fault)- Rosecrans Blvd busy street/ tight parking. Once repair completed they parked car off premise so did not have to exit onto busy street. Driver dropping you off needs to park on adjacent side street.

Definitely. My BIL was in an accident about a month before mine, and his car is still at the Porsche dealership awaiting final bodywork. And the accident wasn't that bad -- dinged rear end and damaged camera.

Overall -- I'd say an 8. In terms of professionalism it was a 10 -- I had to get a little to involved in the back and forth with the insurance company so reducing by a couple of points -- I had called originally before I brought it in and was told that you guys would handle all of the communication and that you've worked with my insurance company in the past, but I ended up having to be the middleman a couple of times.
