I have a 2021 Chevy Camaro RS V8. Went to this shop by Allstate, Allstate is affiliated with SouthLoop. Car was there over 3weeks. Picked it up, drove it around for an hour. Parked in garage. Sits in garage four days. Go to start it up nothing happens, nothing works and my trunk mat is missing, replaced with an old dirty mat. Calls the shop today 6/15/26, speaks with a Andre. Im told its not their fault, call Allstate. Did not offer to even look at the car. I was told the car wasnt hit from the front. But I can come to the shop to look for my New Car Matt

Responsiveness when calling the shop was always very fast, courteous, and professional. Concern was shown for the vehicle owners time, when connecting via phone they didn't want me to have to waste my time coming to the shop if they weren't ready to receive me, or my car wasn't ready to leave yet. When I did get my car, it was one day after the initial estimated time, but I was informed in advance so I knew that it would be one day later, and I knew why. When I picked up my car, it looked great! It looked like they had even detailed it. When I picked up my car from other body shops, my cloth seats had been soiled by drivers and dirty work uniforms. Not at South Loop Auto Service 2. They are class act! They even had one of their porters give me a ride home when I dropped off my car. I'm totally satisfied.

Very friendly folks! They care about their customers. They had a porter give me a ride home. Explain everything so I understood what was going on. They clean my car so thoroughly, I thought they had it detailed! Other body shops typically leave shop grime on my seats.
