Really professional and informative of the process in getting parts and the time period in repairing the vehicle. With many shops being backed up til like September before they could start on the job, they were able to find parts start and complete the job within a two - three period. They did good work fixing the vehicle as well. They definitely get my referrals.

From start to finish, Danielle and staff were very professional. I was impressed with three things about South Loop: Communication, Time and going the extra mile as far.as the excellent auto repair and the cleanliness of my vehicle upon pickup. My 6 year old car looked and felt brand new. I would recommend South Loop Auto Repair on West 59th to anyone I know who needs body work. I give them all 10s in the three areas mentioned above.
