I was extremely impressed that they went out of there way to assure my satisfaction. They even contacted Volkswagen to ensure my happiness. From the moment I dropped the car off and Sue contacted Enterprise to pick me up to picking up the car cleaner than what I dropped it off. I loved the text updates as well. The repair looks perfect.
