South Shore collision provided a worry free repair. I dropped the car off got frequent updates on repair status and picked the car up. South Shore did all the heavy lifting with the car insurer so my inputs were minimal.

The whole process was very easy and accommodating in a time after an accident. To dropping the car off and getting a ride to the car rental company made it very easy to get done. The text messages for updates and when the car was going to be ready was very helpful and informative. Everyone there made the experience more comforting.
