The whole process was very easy and accommodating in a time after an accident. To dropping the car off and getting a ride to the car rental company made it very easy to get done. The text messages for updates and when the car was going to be ready was very helpful and informative. Everyone there made the experience more comforting.

’m really happy with the repair job done on my car – everything was handled so well! The owner assured me the work would be completed properly, and he even went the extra mile by replacing my back window wipers and putting on my registration sticker at no extra cost. He also personally checked over my vehicle to make sure everything was finished to a high standard, which I really appreciated. Excellent service, very friendly, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 😊

Second time for me to use South Shore Collision and the service is first rate, professional. I had to get a new driver's side door replaced, this door works better than the door on the car when it was new from hevy, I was very impressed with the workmanship and the beautiful pain job that was performed, perfect blending all the way into the back panel, the girls in accounting dept. really hold the credentials for customer service. My loaner car came from Enterprise and they drove me their to pick it up, at the end of the week when my car was fixed I left the loaner car on their lot and they returned it for me. Great place I had no leg work to do it was all done for me.

We were very happy with the repairs that you guys made on our 2028 Forester. Everything about our experience was a 10. One of our main concerns was paint match, you guys nailed it.
