South shore collision was top notch in every way! This was our second repair with them. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the updates via text message were terrific! The process was seamless and the quality is the work too notch. They made a stressful process (getting into an accident) actually pleasant. I will absolutely use them again, but hopefully not too soon!!

I wasn't completely happy with how my car was returned to me. It was dirty on the interior with new scratches and my windshield was also scratches on the inside. My exterior was clean, but my passenger side door handle was scratched. I don't think I'll be using them again
