We had a wonderful experience with Southern Collision.They did an amazing job repairing our Lincoln, and the workmanship was excellent. The vehicle looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and attention to detail. The only reason we gave a 9 is there is still a minor adjustment. However, because of the paint job we have to wait 30 days. With their quality of work, I’m sure it’ll be corrected at that time. A special thank-you to Jennifer, who was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. We truly appreciate the excellent work and outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing repairs—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jennifer helping you! Actually, we did recommend Southern yo our neighbor and their car is being repaired now.
