It took six weeks to get my car back, my rental was for only 18 days. I was promised the car week after week. Something seemed to always come up. I will never use Southern again.

I had a small concern the first time I came to pick up my car. One was a simple fix that they were very attentive to and corrected. The other was an elective procedure to help a piece that wasnât damaged match the rest of the vehicle. Everything was great when I picked it up and they even let it stay there extra time until I could make it there to get it. They took care of the additions to my insurance claim and I didnât have to do anything else.

Dropped off small part to get minor repair and painted went to pick it up several days after it was done and it had flaws in the paint so I had to leave it overnight to get fixed again I know stuff happens but itâs a paint shop part was there to get repaired and painted and yet no one looked at it and noticed he problem that I saw as it was handed to me not a huge deal but a little quality control would go a long way to prevent this from happening and preventing customers from driving there multiple times especially when the repair is so minor and your not exactly giving away your services like most people I donât mind paying for quality the end product was good but just didnât get it the first time

I had brought my car to Southern Collision before and had no problems. This time however, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my dealings with any Southern affiliate. I would never recommend Southern Collision to anyone.
