Thank you! My only feedback-- I would have appreciated more communication. I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday, and I didn't hear anything until Thursday when I called to check in. I was told that someone had texted the day prior to notify that my vehicle was finished, but I never received that message. The woman I spoke with on Thursday acknowledged that your system does not always successfully deliver the messages. I value personal contact--I know everyone is different. My vehicle looks wonderful, thank you!

I The repairs that was performed on my car was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and informative about the repairs. Jennifer did a great job with keeping us abreast of what was going on and what needed to be done. Jennifer was such a wonderful person. Very pleasant and compassionate about the repairs made to our vehicle. The entire staff was so pleasant when we came into the building and friendly. I will recommend Southern collision to other people.
