I am very pleased with the repairs made to my 2023 chevy trailblazer.. It looks as if nothing ever happened to it. The staff was very friendly and professional. Should I ever need a body shop again I will use Southern Collision Center again and I will recommend them to others.

The car had less then 2000 miles on it when a deer ran into the drivers side. I have done business with Southern Collision on 2 previous occasions. Their work was very good. I brought the 2025 Nissan Versa to do the repairs. I was very pleased with the repairs. The car looked brand new once again. They were very professional to do business with.

Brian had taken advantage of the fact that I could not pay the money for the repairs. I would pay the deductible, but the insurance check was taken from me by a 3rd party. I called and told Karen what had happened. Southern collision would not work with me at all. They charged me $55/ day and I ended up paying $1000 more than what I originally owed. I had to pay title fees back to Southern collision, because they were trying to put my car in auction. I recently lost my job, but had to take out a $5000 loan, which I dont know how im go I ng to pay back.
