Well the outcome wasn't as expected because the passenger blind spot mirror was working prior to the accident and some how the end result is that there was very minor corrosion on an electrical part. So the way the information was conveyed, it was not covered under insurance. This issue was never a problem before? Osvaldo showed me the photo and it was so debatable. Was my car left outside of car shop? All I know is that it was working prior to the accident so yes, I am not happy with the end result.

Osvaldo was very helpful and very professional the whole way through. Made this whole process go smooth for me which was very helpful since I have never gone through anything like this before. Also the receptionist who's name I didnt catch was very helpful as well. I appreciate this whole team at spectrum and not only would I return if needed for any work but I would also highly recommend them.
