Team was very helpful and customer service was great. A few notes to improve, I would suggest to have more details on the insurance payment figured out before telling me it was ready to pick up, this is mostly on the insurance, but would have saved some confusion and waste of time to go to pick up my vehicle waiting for over an hour trying to get the insurance payment confirmed, then I had to go home empty handed and come back the next week. I had already returned my rental, so I was without a vehicle. They did compromise and came and picked me up to bring me to my vehicle. It should have been payment confirmed before having me come to pick it up and having to leave empty handed and carless, but they did a good job recovering and accommodating me due to the situation. So yes there was a miss, but the team did a great job making up for it and showed great customer service, so overall I am satisfied and grateful.
