The staff did an amazing job on the trim repair. They informed me when the price was different than the quoted price and we're able to complete the repair for less than the quoted price. They were very helpful and picked me up when my repair was complete. They even cleaned my car on the inside which was a great bonus.

I went with you guys because you could repair my passenger side mirror for less than the other 2 shops . They were going to just remove and replace the mirror I was not informed byJavier that there was a 50:50 chance that the mirror would break so you were not competive in that area The cost added was over 350 for the glass alone I would appreciate it you would offer some reduction since the mirror was broke in removing it and I was not informed of that possibility when the job was quoted Bob z

Would have been a 10 except for mirror charge Javier told me he could fix my damaged passenger mirror and did not tell me that there was a 50% possibility that the service person would break the mirror for an extra charge of 350 so I would like some compensation for not revealing that to me this was not an insurance claim but out of pocket Bob z
