I feel like there could have been more updates as to the progress of the repairs. I had to make the calls and ask. Texts would have made those calls unnecessary.

People who work there are friendly. Communication isn’t the greatest - I had to call to check on status. Work was good, and when we weren’t satisfied with one piece of trim they ordered OEM to replace the part. They didn’t call when the part came in, but when I called them they fixed it quickly when we brought the car back in.

I've yet to see how well it goes replacing the windshield wiper container but other than that they did an excellent job just like the man told me like it never happened!

One detail. The new bumper is lower on the passenger side. This was brought up when I picked the truck up. No explanation why but was told that would investigate and let me know. Still waiting for an answer. Thank you.

I was greeted at the door with exceptional service. That continued throughout the entire repair. The communication was excellent. I was kept informed about my insurance company’s process of the claim. The bodywork that was done on my vehicle, from the repair to the painting was spot on!
