Everyone was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Which was great because I was already stressed about my car being in an accident. We had taken my husband’s car here a few months ago for repairs and they were wonderful then just like they were with my car now

The outer trim on the driver’s side of the removable hardtop is not firmly and could become loose and blow off if wind on the highway were to get underneath it; the dent on the driver’s side door sill remains dented and was not repaired; the passenger window tint remains scratched and was not replaced. I asked Rene for these items to be fixed several times during my in-person progress visits and they were not. I’m sorry but this is not good customer service, particularly in light of this being a repaint of the vehicle due to inferior paint quality that was failing after one year.

A quote on the front bumper to sand and paint, not replaced, was $800 when they had to paint from the back bumper already made. Then they left a tarp of some sort in the back of the truck bed and it just about blew out and just about caused and accident on I 10.
