It is completely unacceptable to have a vehicle for 5 weeks. I was told that the target date was going to be Thanksgiving week. I stated that my family would be out of town for a few days that week, so it didn't need to be done the week of Thanksgiving. That certainly didn't mean, take an extra 3 weeks. I also had to be the one initiating contact. If I didn't call and check the status, I would not have received any calls. The link you provide to check the status of the vehicle is totally useless. I would never refer anyone to have work done based on how long I was inconvenienced by not having a vehicle for 5 weeks.

It seems many businesses have forgotten how to or choose not to offer good customer service. I was pleased to find that was not the case at Spectrum Auto, Kris could not have been more professional and helpful. He followed up as promised, he is an asset to your team. Echo was always very friendly as well. It was a nice touch to pick up my car and find it cleaned inside and out. Service as performed timely and well. Thank you. I was given an estimate as a walk-in. The estimate was a fair price. The parts were ordered for the repair and received in a timely manner. The repair work was able to be scheduled for the next morning. The project was completed in less time than was estimated. Complete satisfaction!
