I have full confidence in speed street for taking care of my tesla. Their technical specialist Isa is very thorough and very great to work with. Apparently , it is unusual for the modem to have problems but mine did and they were able to fix it back to 100 percent and worked with me on the timing of the repair which was very much appreciated. The whole team is fantastic.
