Communication was good. Quality of work is good. I seriously question how they came up with such a high estimate that caused my car to be totaled by the insurance company yet repaired it and returned it for me for a fraction of the cost.

I did get a free new bumper out of it and communications were very good. Unfortunately, the car does not and will not perform as good as it did before I dropped it off. Other issues have arrived since I got the car back.

I would say the repair was done well, but lack of bc communication and the length of repair was difficult. I think my experience was good, but not excellent. I am also gauging this off of repairs and timing I have had in the past.

The repair seems like it was done well. The paint is the exact match, the door is operating as it should, dents are removed. I still need to return as the paint was curing and have the protective stickers put in my car.

I was told I would receive updates weekly, but had to continually reach out to determine the progress of my car. I did not know what was actually being done until I picked the car up. I had to go back and fourth between the shop and insurance regularly to find out what was going on. I did appreciate the explanation when picking my car up along with photos and the free detail.
