I didn't appreciate being addressed as "sir" twice by Darien. I am a female, albeit a tall female. The first time was when she hadn't looked up, ok. Just an acknowledgment of a person before you. The second time she made eye contact... anyway it annoyed me. Someone entered a vehicle pick-up date as December 31, 1969! Attention to detail? The car repairs looked amazing! the car wash and cleaning inside were much appreciated.
