Joe O’Hare wanted me to pay for diagnostic screening twice. The shop looked at my vehicle car and said I needed a new battery before they could make a definitive statement for why the car was shutting off when the auto-stop was on.

I just want to say thank you to everyone involved in helping me get my car back. Choosing Springfield Ford was definitely the best decision I made. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and very informative throughout the entire process. The location is easy to get to right on Baltimore Pike, with great parking and a very clean environment. They worked quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated. They even helped arrange a ride to the rental place and assisted with getting the rental returned to the company. The team was straightforward and professional from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again—God forbid anything like this happens again. Thank you again to everyone who helped!

I would definitely recommend Springfield Ford for body work. I was referred there through my insurance company a few months ago, they did such a good job, so when unfortunately my vehicle was rear-ended a few months later, I chose to have the work done at Springfield Ford, and they came through and did a great job again. I would recommend them highly.
