The body shop did excellent work on removing the scratches and ding. Sarah and her manager were professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Sarah kept me informed of the progress and was able to answer all of my questions satisfactorily. Great team you have there. And obviously very professional mechanics. Thank you.

This is only for the body shop personnel. The other folks in the service area were less than professional. Didn't greet me when I arrived, didn't even acknowledge i had come in. When they finally asked if I needed help they simply told me that someone would be there shortly. And I was the only customer in the area and no one was on the phone.
