Most employees are very friendly and professional. There was a communications breakdown between the body shop, Enterprise and State Farm Insurance, and although Enterprise picked me up, I went home without a rental car because the reservation wasn't put through properly.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. My car was fixed rather quickly. My only complaint was that my car was given back to me too quickly after they did the paint job. It wreaked of paint fumes for over a week and I could barely drive it or put my kids in it.
