There was a slight ding on the opposite side the obviously not a part of the original job. However, i made mention of it and wanted it done with the job. I was willing to pay the access money. However, it was not touched. i am very disappointed.

Everyone was helpful and professional. Guy manages assessing the body damage, communicating with the insurance company of the person responsible for the body damage,, and arranged for a very nice rental. The repairs were done quickly and my little Mustang is perfect again. Also, I was kept up to date on the status of my repairs. I completely and only trust Springfield Ford with my 9 yr old Mustang.
