Springfield Ford Autobody team was on point with clear communication from day one. The team provided thorough explanations of what parts and repairs were needed to fix my car as well as provided a turnaround time based on parts delivery. Springfield Ford worked seemlessly with my insurance as well as with Enterprise Car rentals. I was in and out that first day in a snap. As for the repairs I received status updates via automated texts as well as staff calls. The Autobody team, from receptionist, intake person (Sarah), estimator (Aaron) as well as random staff members who passed as I waited to check in and drop off my car were welcoming, professional and personable. I dont believe I could have had a better experience. My car looks good as new! Keep up the exceptional work Springfield Ford 👍🏽
