This is the second time my car has been there I had a lot of trust I only have it serviced there also the problem was on the passenger side I was in a hurry I volunteer after work and did not look at it that is my fault but I trusted that it was correct

My car is not fixed and I work from 7 to 3:30 your hours are at 7:30 which is not good for me it is Nora simple fix it will take most of the day I need a car I guess I will need to call State Farm see if they can have a car I don't think my insurance will pay for it I called and left 2 messages for Bridget's have not heard anything

Service personnel was completely unconcerned about my vehicle or it’s repair. I was not updated once about anything going on with my vehicle. I was without a car for over two weeks and I had to call the repair shop and I was just passed around from secretary to service provider

Not happy that when I picked up my vehicle the handles in the top of the back of the car were lying on the back seat and there was reason or explanation as to why. I was uncomfortable with that. Didn’t feel Bridgette was being transparent. Bridgette is amazing! I know that I’m not the only client, however, I had to call & leave messages multiple times to speak with her. My tire shakes n the right side. I am not comfortable with that because it did not shake before the accident. This was a different experience than before.

Quality of repair is fantastic, the fact it took over a month wasn’t great
