No walk through when car was completed. The car had pine sap and was dirty when picked up. The gentleman asked me if I had pine trees. I said no trees by me and I see a whole forest behind the shop. Horrible experience I don’t know if Lexus is aware of the poor customer service

All work was excellent and they had the work completed in 4 days which was a surprise. Brigette, JR and Sandy were very pleasant to work with. Very courteous and attentive.
