I had the most AMAZING experience! JR was on top of things, and my car was fixed within a week of bringing it in after an accident I had that caused right bumper damage. Looks like a brand new car still! You can’t even tell it was wrecked! Thank you JR for going above and beyond for me, and getting my car fixed and back to me so quickly. I will recommend Springhill Collison to anyone that needs vehicle work done! Thank ya’ll for everything.

Quality control was disappointing and cost me extra money due to having a rental car not paid by insurance. the dealership rental dept tried to over charge me for a rental car so i had to go to another dealer to get a better rate. There was also paint overspray in my door jams, wax all over my black plastic trim, there was thick dust all over the engine compartment. There was compound residue over the engine compartment, windshield and trim. The car looked like it had never been washed. Even though they said it was ready and even after i gave them an extra day that was requested that they needed to get it cleaned up which cost me extra money being i was paying for my own rental car. I had to wait a an additional day for them to clean it up after i showed up to pick the car up and it was so dirty i refused to accept it until it had been properly cleaned. I will note that after Brett had looked at the car he worked on a Saturday to clean it up himself and he also fixed my ac power that i noticed was not hooked back up and ordered a part that i also noticed was missing right after he got through cleaning it up.

There was paint overspray left in my door jams. There was no care taken in keeping wax from getting on the new black plastic trim. There was a total lack of attention to car being properly cleaned after all the work had been completed. It appeared the car had not been properly inspected to make sure everything was working and hooked back up and that there was no missing parts.

Brett Yurak did a good job cleaning up my car after realizing it was not properly cleaned. He worked on his day off to clean my car so i wouldn't have be delayed any more than needed.

Communication was lacking, I had to call to get updates on repair. Never notified repair completed. I had to call to find out. Also collision center forgot to request extension from State Farm so I got billed for two days car rental.

When I took my car to Springhill Collision, Chase was very professional in his handling my claim. Also, Bridget Stewart handled all the paperwork and then drove me over to get my rental car. When my car had been completely repaired, Bridget was so kind and updated me on everything that had been repaired on my car!! The car looked great! Bridget handled the process without a single glitch! Friendly, professional, and filled with grace when talking with me. Thank you for knowledgeable people who realize they are working with the public in such a business-like manner! This customer appreciates their kindness and respect. It's not everyone who realizes that it is upsetting to have to deal with someone hitting their vehicle. The staff at Springhill realize that and deal with customers in such a comfortable manner.
