SSR Aurobody has taken care of me 2 times as I have been in 2 accidents within the last 2 years and they have been nothing but exceptional, they are great at communicating and even make sure my rental car is picked up and ensure that I am taken care of while my car is getting repairs. HUGE shoutout to Rich and the team over there and I strongly recommend this body shop to ANYONE that is in an accident no matter what damage it is.

Overall the team was great. The initial sales guy was quick to explain the process and even without a claim open I was comfortable handing my keys over to them. Once I got my claim filed and gave the team the information, they quickly got an estimate together for the adjuster to review and scheduled to meet with him. There was a little bit of lapse in communication with the adjuster at first not responding to supplements needed but I didn't mind helping push him along to communicate with SSR to get this moving forward. They had a little bit of a hiccup with some parts which caused delays in repairs from the initial estimated time to completion I was given but it all worked out. A final hiccup on the pick up had me wait another day to retrieve my car but when all was said and done the car looked great and the team was professional. I would recommend anyone who has body damage from an accident to go to SSR. Thank you guys.
