I was referred to SSR by a friend after receiving damage on my front bumper and headlight from flying road debris. I was already familiar with the company’s great reputation of doing quality work so I knew what to expect if I worked with them. Richard was assigned to me and handled my case like a true professional, he absolutely went above and beyond for me in every category. He dealt with the insurance companies to make sure nothing comes out of my pocket and for them to cover additional things without raising my insurance. He sent me daily updates about what was being done to my vehicle along with videos with detailed descriptions on how they were doing it. On top of the top tier customer service and care provided they absolutely came through on the body work of my car as it looked brand new and was done by the deadline he promised. Richard and SSR have earned my business for life and I will be referring all my friends and family to work with him as I was just amazed by the whole process. If you want to work with true professionals that value their customers, call SSR Performance. Whatever SSR pays Richard is not enough and needs to be more.

Wow doesn't even come close to describing professionalism I experienced. Richard, Leslee and crew are too notch. My 2018 Silverado got damaged by Valley driver and now you can't even tell period my truck looks brand new again. I'm so happy with their performance that My daughter's car is there right now after an attempted auto theft Did a lot of damage to the driver's side and steering column. I'm sure it will come out looking like new again. Thank you so much

they did such an amazing job after my accident. My car looks brand new to the point where my lease is up next week and I will buy out my car because of their amazing and hard work on my vehicle. The staff is great and all have great communication throughout the whole process. They told me they will take about 2-3 months fixing the vehicle and although that may be a pain, it was truly worth it and i would recommend anyone to them!
