I wasn’t happy with how long it took. There were several setbacks that caused delays in fixing the car. there was a “chemical reaction” from one of the parts. Another was the hood had to be reordered another was a cybersecurity breach.

The job was well done and it was done on time as stated by the repairman. The crew was supper friendly and willing to help out when questions were ask. I was amazed at the staff willingness to help out by offering to pick me up to obtain my car back as I only had one car. That is amazing that they care so much of their customers they are willing to pick them up. I am glad and happy that there are companies willing to go above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending this auto body shop to my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much.

The only reason I gave them a 5 it's because of the young woman that manages the office. She had attitude and was very rude, very poor customer service etiquette. Mr. Ashley & Victor were awesome. The mileage of my car was altered on the invoice with 5 miles higher than when I took it in. I documented the speedometer via photo with date & time stamped. The office manager argured rudely that their numbers were correct and that Mr Ashley was not going to be available for 4 days due to a funeral he was attending and she had no way to contact him. Why is she even there, customer service should be #1 in any type of business. That is what's going to keep people coming back as well as word of mouth.
