I pulled up this morning to view my vehicle before my wife signed for the repair. I was met with the most disrespectful employee I've had in a while. I own my own business and have several employees, and if this one of my employees, and I caught him treating one of my customers the way I was treated this morning, he'd be disciplined or fired.
