My first impression was not good! I walked in the door hoping to be greeted with a good morning how can we help you. Instead a bearded man looked and me and said “yes” in the form of a question! Horrible customer service at the onset and he could really use some manners and basic communication skills. I was soon greeted by Becca who was a refreshing change instantly. She was so professional, kind, and greeted me appropriately. The rest of my dealings with Star were stellar and I am happy with my choice. Becca was so helpful walking me through the process and explaining everything that would happen. I was very impressed with the communication. She’s a gem and I loved working with her.

Most impressive was the person I dealt with throughout the process. From the moment I first met her to the moment I picked up my car, Becca was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. When I texted her a question, she answered immediately with the answer. In short, she is one of the reasons I will highly recommend Star Auto to friends. I was most impressed with Becca who was the woman who helped me through the process. She was professional, informative, and thorough. The personable and kind way she communicated with me made me feel truly cared for and confident that the repairs and paperwork would be perfectly done. And they were. I was especially impressed and grateful for the excellent work that was done on my car so quickly. And much to my surprise when I got in my car, it had been thoroughly cleaned.
