Although the repair took longer than expected, Star Body Works made sure everything was taken care of before returning vehicle. They even paid for the rental vehicle past the allotted time covered by our insurance company. Thatâs good service!

was not a reasonable time fram to complete the wrk. started out as 5 days went to 7 then to 11 days. when i finally got my vehicle back a running light was still notfunctional so they had not completed all the necessary wrk and i have to bring it back again. after the initial 7 days i was planing to pick up my vehicle up and that morning i was txted that it would not be resdy for an additional 4 days.

I brought my vehicle in and was under the impression it would take 5 business days to do the work. On the first day i recieved a text notifying me that it was going to take 7 full days. On the morning of the day i was to pick up my vehicle i recieved a text message that it was going to take 4 additional days. I called the busniess and recieved a number of excusses why the work was delayed but no explainatin of why i wasnt notified of the additiional 4 days until the last minute. This was a very big inconvienience
