I introduced some complexity presenting a warranty case, then an insurance claim, and the possibility of using after market bumper. Having two reps (claim and warranty) addressing the same vehicle added some confusion.

As above, Star has divided work by insurance. So I had overlapping reps addressing my single car. I get it, but that presented an odd divided customer interface.

Star did a great job repairing all the damage to my vehicle, it took longer than expected because they wouldn’t settle for poor replacement parts and wanted to do the job correctly which I really appreciated. I definitely would go to them again.
