Star Body Works kept me informed throughout the process. I struggled with the initial submission of photos and videos not uploading but all my direct communication with Star was great. I would definitely use your shop again although I hope and pray I never need to revisit. Extra thanks to Jared and Johnny for all their help.

Marco was extremely pleasant and helpful. Parts arrived timely and repair appointment followed shortly. Work was completed while we waited, which was great because we live in Shady Cove and would had to rent a car. I must say again how wonderful Marco was, he deserves a big raise.
