Star Collision Center has been serving our community since 2007. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer service to each of our customers throughout the repair process. We offer vehicles to our customers that will be leaving their only form of transportation for repairs. All insurance companies are welcome, as well as self pay. We offer a full service repair shop including body repair and mechanical repair making us your one stop shop.

The parts were received in a few days, but it took weeks to get it painted. Then it had to be painted again. Poor communication from the shop about when it would be ready. All in alll it was a terrible experience and I will never use this device again.

I live an hour away from the shop. Multiple times I received a notification that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I contacted the shop to learn that it was not ready. The person I spoke with was rude and short with me, making me feel like a burden for trying to get accurate information
