I was warned not to take my truck there. Paint lower quality than what it has on there. Painter did a good job painting the door but left portions not completed.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Adjuster was not correct or complete with estimate. Parts were missing. There were 2 claims for 2 separate incidents. Webb did not fulfill part of claim number 2 they said it was in claim 1. Truck was dirty inside. Battery was dead. They put the battery jumper up before starting my truck. Scratches chips from the claim were not repaired or painted.

Secretary was nice and professional. Randal was not educated on doing his job correctly! I am still dealing with State Farm for his failure to do a complete job. Truck was not received the way it was before the incident. The accident happened on May 28. They said they will have my truck three or four days. It took 5 months and it is still not complete.

Outside of times when I would need to send a Chevrolet vehicle to a shop for proprietary work, I don't think I would recommend them for General car repair.

The quality of the repair work was fine I really have two Chief complaints: 1. The front end worked involved to 5 and 1/2 weeks to complete. I do recognize that part of that was due to a part they had to send back thay got damaged in shipping but I feel like for a large shop that has the contract to do State Farm's insurance repair they should be able to turn around the work quicker. 2. When I got the vehicle back the air conditioning was not working. In frustration I took it to Big O Tire in Aztec. I do a lot of work with them they said they couldn't find any leak and it appeared that all the refrigerant have been bled out for some reason.

Over the five and a half weeks that it took to do the repair I called the body shop every 3 days the counter staff and the mechanics were always very friendly and quick to give me updates.
