Thank you, they actually painted the front bumper to match the color of the van, because last time did not match the van which was very disappointing.

I got told my car would be done in 1-2 weeks and it ended up being 4 weeks until it was done which was upsetting and think an estimate that fast should not be given as it gives the customer false hope. I as well noticed after taking a closer look at my door that a scratch indent mark is on the door where it was “fixed”. I’m upset that my car was there for 4 weeks and it has imperfections like that.

You broke my driver seat and refused to pay and repair my broken seat. My seat was not damaged the day I dropped off my truck!!! You all said it was cracked already, it was not!!!! I will never recommend Star Collision in Farmington, NM to anyone and I will never use your services ever again.

When I received my car, I’ve been hearing a faint rattle noise where the repairs have been made. Not sure if the clips are loose? I haven’t had the time to check.

Would have been an 8 but adjuster made low and replacement part

Took over 2 weeks after second update. Adjuster communication terrible. Paint quality and replacement part not oem.
