I appreciate that the shop was able to get my car in quickly — that flexibility genuinely helped, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to use in the meantime. The initial accommodation was great and absolutely worth noting. That said, I was a bit disappointed with the communication throughout the repair process. I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates, and eventually had to show up in person because I still wasn’t getting clear information. As a customer, especially one who expressed the urgency of needing the car back as soon as reasonably possible, I don’t think I should have to chase down updates. Consistent communication should be part of the service. I also asked for a full inspection, and while I was told everything was checked, I noticed a slight vibration on the driver’s side once I got the car back. That raises some concerns for me, as it suggests the inspection may not have been as thorough as I expected. Overall, I’m grateful for how quickly they took the car in, but clearer communication and more attention to detail would have made the experience feel much more reassuring. I hope the shop takes this feedback constructively, because the potential for a great customer experience is definitely there.
