Set expectations but when going over that date would have liked a call to let me know repair was ongoing and end date pushed out. No issues with extended dates, but I was calling to check status

77 days for $3,300 repair. Car not driveable. Only vehicle I own. Had rental coverage on mg insurance, but only for 30 days. Spent $950 on rental car. Paid $500 deductible. Promised 4 times it would be done, none met. I understand short staffing and unforseen circumstances, but should not have paid deductible for this service. If I knew true ETA for work completion(2.5 months)... I would have gone elsewhere.

Workmanship appears good so far. But 77 days to do $3500 of work is not acceptable along with constantly being misled on completion date.

The works to be good. But 77 days for a $3500 work. Car not drivable. Even with rental reimbursement , I spent $955 on rental car. Had I known it would take 77 days...I would have gone elsewhere. I should have not had to yhd deductible for this tardiness. 4 times I was promised done dates none were met. I can understand some delay for sick employee...but need contengency plans. Customer should not suffer.
