I must say Steve 9W collision in Highland has been the most professional collision garage. I’ve ever been to the owner there and the people there of high-quality respectful and they get to their business. They waste no time and make sure when you get your vehicle back is just as new as it was when you got it I would recommend anybody to them because they conduct themselves the way professional should as I said they’ve probably been the most professional people I met in any type of garage so I would definitely rank them above anybody five stars all day and I’ll recommend anybody that I can there God bless that team.

I can't say enough good things about Steve's 9W Collision, especially Mario. From the start, Mario was incredibly kind explaining the process of repair to me as well as guiding me through what parts of my repair were actually necessary versus just cosmetic, which saved me money. Then, my insurance company wanted to declare my car a total loss over what turned out to be relatively minor damage. Mario went to bat for me. He dealt directly with the insurance people, knew exactly what to say, and kept me informed the whole time. The repair work itself was excellent, but honestly, it's Mario's advocacy that saved me. Without his expertise and persistence, I'd probably be without my car right now. Mario, and everyone Steve's 9W Collision, genuinely care about you and your repair.
