Everyone I spoke to at Vince’s was extremely helpful. Anytime I’ve ever had work done on a car it is constant calling and asking for updates and getting no where. I was given text updates every few days explaining where they were at in the process and the time frame I was given was accurate. This is the best experience getting my car fixed that I’ve ever had. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff at Vince's Auto Body. They not only answered all of my questions and helped with all the paperwork for my collision, they helped me understand the entire process from start to finish. I was quoted about 16 days to complete the repairs (front and rear bumper as well as new a/c) all done in one week. Astounding isn't even appropriate for the work they did. I'm happy to have a local shop. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do I will gladly return!
