You did great work on my vehicle, but you did not do as well communicating with me. You did not call once about my car . I had to call you any time I wanted to know what was going on. Your phone was answered promptly though and the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Better customer communication would have made for a completely satisfying experience.

Getting into an accident is never a good thing - but Vince’s Body shop made repairing my car seamless. Everyone there were so professional and helpful from the estimate to the rental car to the pick up . They have an amazing team there ! I had a great experience with this auto shop! I brought my BMW in for repairs, and they did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. My car is running great, and I’m very happy with the service I received. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, especially with a BMW, but I definitely feel confident bringing my car here. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance. Thank you for the great service!

They did a “bang-up job” in restoring my car to its pristine appearance before my accident. They were friendly, efficient, and kept me informed via text messages the whole way through the repair. They also cleaned my car beautifully before returning it to me.
