He was suppose to take out a door ding on opposite side and forgot. Told me to come back next week. I had already waited 2 and a half weeks for the other repair. Parked my car out front with the keys in it. Anyone walking by could have stolen it.

The repair appears to be good; however the communication/customer service was extremely disappointing. I recommend your shop to my new husband because I had been so pleased with past repairs. We were told untruths about the timing of the repair on multiple occasions. We understand delays due to parts not coming in; however, not once was that communicated to us, even when we called asking. Also, the estimate went up but was never explained to us. My husband has stated that he won't use your shop again. I believe you do good work, but I'm very disappointed in your customer service. Sad day!
