I was given other options from State Farm but knew the name from being a Joplin resident for years. If I have to get something fixed again I will probably go with Reynolds.

They could use some help! When I came in to have it inspected the guy gave me the estimate and we scheduled a day. He said I should be fine driving the truck around town. But when I called the rental car company and asked for the rental they said I couldn’t get it till I dropped off the truck at the shop. I called Steve’s back and spoke to another gentleman who said I shouldn’t be driving it. So I parked it in the garage till my scheduled date. Then I thought I was supposed to drop it off on the 15th, but it was the 13th and never received a call or reminder and when I showed up that evening the guy at the desk was a Richard.
