Jason was great to work with. There were a few delays, but were a result of unforeseen circumstances. I was kept informed. Jason submitted an addendum to my insurance company and they submitted an additional check to erase most of the difference between two estimates. The repair work on my truck was stellar. I give Jason and the collision center high marks.

Only complaint was the three weeks my truck was gone. I brought my truck in initially for inspection and to allow for parts to be ordered ahead. I was told parts had arrived and to bring my truck in on 12/31. After my truck had been there for the anticipated 2 weeks, I called in and was told the headlight received was broken and another had to be ordered. It took another week plus to get the replacement and complete the job. Three weeks is too long. Overall customer support has been good. Thank you Jason.
