More than satisfied. The repairs they did on my car made it look like nothing ever happened! Just as importantly, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Jeff. The repair work was excellent. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and professional. The only breakdown in the entire process was communication along the way. No one called to tell me what time to arrive on the day of service snd communication during the process had to be initiated by me. I was contacted mid-day via text to advise that my vehicle may suddenly be ready in a few hours when previously advised it would be longer. Communication needs to be better. It was not possible for me to suddenly change gears to arrange pick up without adequate communication that there was a possibility it would be ready days ahead of schedule. I absolutely appreciated that things were suddenly moving forward at a quicker pace, but without communication being shared with me, it made it necessary to pick my vehicle up the following morning. I would suggest better communication before, during, and closer to completion.

The work completed was superb! The only negative I have is that communication was lacking from start to finish. They seemed to drag their feet creating the estimate and failed to properly communicate during the entire process. I would not use them again based on the failure to value the customer by communicating. They were also not friendly or welcoming at drop off or pick up. They left you feeling like assisting you was a chore. Not a good experience. My experience with Caliber was much much better!
